In 2015 Pt England School is implementing digital learning environments in years 1-3 enabling every child to learn across the curriculum using a personal iPad. My name is Michelle George and I will be facilitating the implementation within each classroom. Time to start set up.
The following day we began connecting the iPads to Apple Configurator to mass configure using the ‘Preparation and Supervision’ aspect only. This allowed for updating to the latest version of iOS,
assignment of the Apple ID and sequential numbering for enrolment. We then used Meraki to push our customized apps and ensure security settings were in place. Two full days were spent in this part of the set up.
